Mr. Weinberg is the managing partner of Mass Bankruptcy Lawyers. Herbert Weinberg attended law school at Boston University, where he served as the managing editor of the National Jewish Law Review between 1986 to 1987. He then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Harold Lavien, a District of Massachusetts bankruptcy judge between 1987 to 1989.
